GENERAL QUESTION

To renew automatically -
Login to your client area at www.quickhostuk.com and click the 'Domains' menu > 'My Domains' > on the domain you wish to Auto Renew click the 'Spanner' icon > 'Auto Renew' > 'Enable'.

To renew manually -
Login to your client area at www.quickhostuk.com and click the 'Domains' menu > 'Renew Domains'.
When a domain transfer is started and gets to the Awaiting Registrar portion of the process, it means it the new registrar is awaiting the losing registrar to respond. This can take up to 7 days. A full registrar transfer can take up to 7-14 days.
Some country-code and specialty domain types (TLDs) do not renew the same way as .COM and other generic TLDs. Certain domain names are auto-renew only. They do not have an "Add Years" or "Renew" button on their domain control panel. These auto-renew only domains cannot be renewed by manually placing a renewal order. To renew such domains, the domain's auto-renew setting must be enabled prior to the “Auto-renew by” or "Delete by" date.

Unfortunately there is no grace period for refunds on new registrations or renewals, and we cannot delete unwanted domain names. All sales are final (as stated on the terms and conditions).

This includes fraudulent registrations, misspellings, or simply changing one's mind. Please verify spelling and number of years on new registrations and renewals once in the cart and again on the next page prior to purchase. This can help avoid unwanted domain registrations.

QuickHostUK has the flexibility to offer initial and renewal registrations in one-year increments, with a total registration period limit of ten years.
After you have registered a domain name with QuickHostUK it will take 24 hours for your domain name to propagate to all of the root DNS servers. Your domain may show up in the WHOIS database before it has fully propogated to the root DNS servers.
